In keeping with our goal of empowering the people and in response to the public outcry regarding the enormous rise in appraised values, we coordinated this seminar to assist taxpayers in understanding and effectively utilizing the protest process.
We are excited for you to meet Michael Berlanga. He has been hosted by Representative Carrie Issac, Turning Point USA, and Texas Public Policy Foundation to name a few. Berlanga is a Certified Public Accountant, Licensed Real Estate Broker, and Senior Property Tax Consultant dba RESOLUTIONS NOW and TEXAS TRUE TAX.
Per the UC Appraisal notice, the protest deadline is May 31. Concerned about the meeting being a day less than a week from the deadline, Mr. Berlanga stated it would be good. Not to worry.
