To answer some questions posed to us: 

• The Governor has until June 20, 2021 to sign HB 1927. 
• Once HB 1927 is signed, it will take effect on September 1, 2021.
• Per Gun Owners of America’s Texas Director Rachel Malone, she is not concerned about whether the Governor will sign HB 1927.
